This is how we roll! (for now)

So things are going well with little miss P. She does have a little congestion which is causing some tachypnea (fast breathing) but hopefully nothing to change the gameplan. She got a chest xray tonight so hopefully that will shed some light on one of my favorite subjects.

We decided to take a little taste test stroll around the hall so that penny could get used to going places again. I don't want her trip home to be traumatic because she thinks we are taking her to surgery or something. So some positive outings are required. It took about 5 people about an hour's worth of figuring the get all the hook ups in order but once we got out it went really well and Lydia even got to join in the fun! The stroller was a hand me down from a dear friend and ended up being (according to my Internet research) what lots of vent babies use! We will be getting an official hospital issued one eventually but for now I'm very grateful for this one!

Penny was eyeing my fries as I was eating them so in order to encourage the idea that eating is fun, I let her hold it. She pulled it up to her lips but didn't put it in her mouth. She's comes from a long line if fry eaters..she'll get there.
